Loves

I’ve decided to pause for summer.

Payments have been paused and will resume when I’m back.

Paid subscribers will find the summer solstice yoga nidra, workbook and brand new playlist below. I’ll send a note at Lughnasadh with the same.

Thanks a million for being here and for your kindness, love, and support.

Le grá,

Cathy

PS: Working and living in community is the only thing that makes sense to me lately. We’re not built to be individual processing units trying to figure it all out on our own. “The work” to transform culture was never meant to be done in isolation.

Here are some snaps and a little video of our recent Art and Culture festival at school where we were awarded the title ‘Champion School of Sanctuary’. We documented our journey here.

PPS:

Boycott. Divest. Sanction.

PPPS:

“In the deeps are the violence and terror of which psychology has warned us. But if you ride these monsters deeper down, if you drop with them farther over the world's rim, you find what our sciences cannot locate or name, the substrate, the ocean or matrix or ether which buoys the rest, which gives goodness its power for good, and evil its power for evil, the unified field:

our complex and inexplicable caring for each other, and for our life together here. This is given. It is not learned.”

― Annie Dillard, Teaching a Stone to Talk: Expeditions and Encounters
